Payments
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Debit / Credit Cards - Secure payment processing
- Bank Transfer, either via Online Banking. (Instructions are provided upon checkout)
- Cash via Post (Money must be sent via Recorded Delivery with a tracking number)
- CryptoCurrency - Various forms accepts
Delivery Information
- Postal Orders
- Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be dispatched. Some items may be sent quicker, depending on stock held at the time of order.
- Everything we send has a tracking number; this is to ensure your order gets to you swiftly and safely.
- We make sure that no-one can determine what’s inside the package – Your orders security is paramount to us!
- Postal Service
- For small items (generally under 2.5kg) we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service. 99% of all items sent via this service will be delivered within the correct time frame, however please allow up to 5 working days after receiving your tracking number before contacting us about a lost/missing item.
- For larger items we may use ParcelForce (above 2.5kg or depending on the size of the order). This is a next day delivery service so someone will need to be in to sign for the goods.
- Free Shipping on Orders Over £100: This only applies to orders made within the domestic UK. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.
Refund Information
If, for some reason, there has been an error on your order or the items you have received are broken/defective, please contact us as soon as possible either by phone (07716118669) or via email (info@simplysouvenirs.co.uk).
Depending on what you've ordered (and the problem you've experienced) we'll either offer you a replacement item or a full refund.
If you opt for a replacement, we'll get it resent asap and will provide you with the relevant tracking numbers.
If you opt for a refund, we'll ask for you to send the items back to us first before processing the funds back to your account. We'll also reimburse you for any postage cost.
