Refunds & Returns
If, for some reason, there has been an error with your order or the items you have received are broken or defective, please contact us as soon as possible either by phone (07716118669) or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Depending on what you've ordered (and the problem you've experienced) we'll either offer you a replacement item or a full refund.
If you opt for a replacement, we'll get it resent asap and will provide you with the relevant tracking numbers.
If you opt for a refund, we'll ask for you to send the items back to us first before processing the funds back to your account. We'll also reimburse you for any postage cost.
If you have received your order and have now decided you would prefer to send it back for a refund, we can do so providing the following conditions have been met:
1) You have contacted us first with what the problem is
2) The Item is unopened and in original packaging
3) Items must be received back with us within 28 days of receipt - Sent via a traceable delivery method
4) We will offer either a refund (paid back via the original payment method) or store credit to the same order value
