It's with great pleasure I can announce we're able to take card payments again!


Just in time for Black Friday too! 

As with all new partnerships, comes new agreements - and whilst we are able to take Card Payments again, our new card processor is a bit stricter and as a result, we can only take card payments from within the EU, and even then, there are some restrictions - We're hoping to change this situation in the future by proving our reliability, so if you're an international customer there is hope yet!

(For our international customers we still accept International Bank Transfer, various forms of Cryptocurrency and for those old schoolers out there, good ol' cash in the post)


For those of you within the EU, you can now complete your payment using your Visa or Mastercard via our secure gateway, provided by Quickpay & facilitated through Clearhaus. These two companies are one of the Souvenir Seed Industry's most reliable partnerships, used by many other seed banks websites. You may even recognise the Gateway, depending on your seed buying habits! 


As mentioned above, there are unfortunately some restrictions with the new provider - To be 100% clear we can only accept payments from the following countries:

All card payments are 3DSecure, so you'll have the added extra layer of security once it goes in the New Year (Find more information on 3DSecure: HERE)


Once you have placed your order, the money will be reserved until the item has been dispatched. At this point, the reserved amount will be debited from your account. This is the same standard operating procedure that 99% of all online business use.


Please be aware, the payment will appear on your Bank Statement as: - We are thinking of changing this - Please let us know your thoughts, would you prefer a more discreet billing title?
